Mark Zukerberg uploaded a video preview of the new Reactions button for Facebook. From now on Facebook’s “Like” button has to become more expressive with additional reactions.

Now in a test phase, but soon user will be able to do more that just liking posts on Facebook. They will be able to add reactions like: love, sympathy, anger or sadness with animated emoticons. Unfortunately Facebook did not add a “Dislike” button.

After Mark Zuckerberg uploaded the video on Facebook that shows a test of reactions button, many users asked a “Dislike” button in the comments section, see the video bellow:

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said in a Facebook post on Thursday following “Users had been requesting ways other than “like” to respond to posts, such as when someone posts about the death of a loved one or a tragic news story“.

Not every moment is a good moment, and sometimes you just want a way to express empathy,” Mr Zuckerberg wrote, after saying last month the company was working on expanding the like button.

The company said that it would try the new features in Ireland Spain on Android and iOS devices, as well as desktop.

Facebook needs a feedback to be able to improve this new features, but in the comments section on the video posted by Mark Zuckerberg, see it here, people are debating about the dislike button, some of them really wanted to be a dislike buttons and others thing that it would make Facebook a negative social network.

Why do you think guys about the new Expressive Like Button? What where your expectations and what do you think now? Is this the best Facebook could do?
