Today everyone uses Adobe Acrobat Reader for official documents and stuff like this, it is a very popular app that you can use on Windows, Linux, Mac and on any mobile device. The app is free and ca read and modify the PDF documents.

In this guide you will learn how to sign a PDF documents easy on any device.

Adobe Reader has improved a lot in the last years, from now you can easy sign your documents on Windows, without printing them, signing and the scanning again. What you have to do is to take a piece of white paper and make your signature on it. Then with the Adobe Reader you can capture that signature with your webcam and turn it into a digital image. Next, you can save your signature somewhere in the computer and for all other documents just to apply the signature. Easy as that!

With Android you can use a variety of third-party apps that can sign documents for you. But today we will stick with the Adobe Acrobat DC app from Google Play Store.

With this app you will have to open the PDF document you have to sign and long-press somewhere in the document, then choose Signature and add a signature by drawing it with your finger.

If you don’t like this method, you can try other apps from Google Play Store, like DocuSign and SignEasy.

iPhone & iPad

For your iPhone or iPad you can also find third-party apps on Apple App Store that can sign your PDF document including Adobe Adobe Acrobat DC app.

Download the app and open the document you have to sign, then long-press somewhere on the document and select Signature and draw your signature, its the same thing like on Android.

Other apps that you can try: CudaSign, SignEasy, and HelloSign, however most of them are not free, so I prefer using Adobe Acrobat DC app that is completely free.
