Fastboot allows you to write data directly to your Android phone’s flash memory. The most common way to install Fastboot is to get the entire Android SDK on to your computer.  In this tutorial we’ll try the easiest not the common way.

Step 1: Download and extract files from the .ZIP on your Desktop
1# Mirror - Dev-Host

Step 2: Run Terminal and type: cd Desktop/Android

Step 3: Now type: ./ to install ADB and Fastboot.

Step 4: When the process completes, ADB and Fastboot files will be placed in /usr/bin/ on your Mac, that’s all.
