In this guide I will show you how to disable videos from playing automatically in your Facebook, when you scroll through Facebook news feed you can see that videos start automatically to play. In this guide I will show you how to disable it on both the mobile app and on the desktop.
Sometimes it becomes frustrating that all Facebook videos in news feed are starting automatically, maybe you just want to scroll and not to watch them. Luckily Facebook has option to disable autoplay.
On the iPhone, you will have to go to Settings and scroll down to find Facebook and tap on it. Then tap Settings and tap on Autoplay setting and choose Wi-Fi only if you want the videos to be automatically played when using just the Wi-Fi or Off so videos will not be automatically played.
On Android, you will have to go into the Facebook app, then click settings button on your phone, scroll down to fin Video Auto-play setting. Tap on it and choose either Wi-Fi only or Off.
For your Desktop, you can also disable autoplay videos on the by clicking on the downward arrow from upper right, then Settings. Then click on the Videos from the left menu column, and in the right windows choose Off.
