I’m sure short keys are used to shorten longer paths. But now on OS X there are another 4 even shorter keys. The 4 corners of your screen could be used to trigger specific actions. Not all know about them as they are not set by default.
So how to configure and use them?
Step 1: Click the Apple logo, and choose the System Preferences option.
Step 2: From the System Preferences window choose the Desktop & Screen Saver option.
Step 3: Switch to the Screen Saver tab and click the Hot Corners… button.
Step 4: In the Hot Corners window, we have 4 drop-down menus. Change actions for those you want, or set the – to disable the corner.
Step 5: When you set the desired actions for the corners, click OK and move the mouse to any corner of the screen to trigger actions.
