  • While in “settings”, look for “Language and Input”. Tap on it to display its menu.
  • While in “Language and Input” menu, touch on Voice Search. This will display 3 icons, namely: the “Language icon—where you can change the default language”, the “Block Offensive Words—where you can hide offensive voice results” and Safe Search.
  • Tap on the “Safe Search icon”.
  • Disable the Google Voice Search by tapping on the “Off” icon.

And there you are—Google Voice Search will no longer be a nuisance anymore.
